The paper and foil packaging reads "Curity / Braided Silk 6-0 / 5618 / 18 inches / Type B / Sterile Surgical Silk / U.S.P. / Non-Boilable / The Kendall Company / Bauer & Black Division". Symbols in the centre dictate that the suture is to be used with a Cutting 93 curved needle.
